wrong price old furniture
the location is great it is central to many restaurants
the interior NEEDS a refresh new furniture would make a difference AS it is a solid hotel they charged me extra on the phone for a wrong price i didn't like it

Inconsistent Baggage Handling
dishonest staff unpleasant experience
The location was decent. Close to the Colosseum.
I was told I could leave my bags after checkout, which seemed simple enough. staff then insisted I had a ticket I never received and could not find my bags. After showing video proof, they retrieved my bags quickly from behind the door. They knew where my bags were all along! This felt dishonest and nobody apologized. It was hardly a pleasant experience.

nice landscaping amazing breakfast
the location is very close to the colosseum. the rooftop bar had nice landscaping and views. i also found the breakfast buffet to be amazing.

poor breakfast insufficient water
The hotel gym was a great amenity .
I was disappointed with the breakfast quality it felt very poor. the hotel provided only one bottle of water in the room and only on the first day I found this insufficient. These details affected the overall value.

small room inconsistent housekeeping
The 'beautiful double room' i booked? smaller than i expected. it was basically the size of a postage stamp, maybe i need new glasses? plus, the housekeeping seemed to think my 'do not disturb' sign was just a suggestion, not a request. i found that slightly irritating. Privacy is a big deal to me. so, a small room and inconsistent housekeeping, not a total disaster, but things they could definitely improve.

Excellent Stay Near the Colosseum
excellent location helpful staff
The hotel's location proved excellent for exploring historical sites. The Colosseum was a short walk. Many restaurants are situated nearby. The staff gave helpful advice about visiting the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. It became one of the highlights of my trip.

The rooftop bar provided a lovely spot for relaxation. The breakfast team was friendly. They were attentive and ensured our mornings started well. The breakfast was normal standard and very tasty.
