super clean roomgreat diningperfect location
the room was super clean and very comfortable. dining options were great. the location was perfect for visiting the pleasure beach (i really appreciated being so close to everything).
the room needed a toilet brush in the bathroom.

the room was upgraded to a sea view. this was a nice treat! the room included air con, a spacious bathroom, dressing area, a large bedroom with a sofa area, and a king size bed. the room was cleaned daily, fresh towels were provided.
the staff seemed unfriendly. staff at breakfast was miserable and did not ask if everything was ok. staff also failed to ask if we wanted more tea or coffee. when checking out, staff did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. it was only about the room and parking costs.

The room had lovely decor with a little living area. The hotel provided all necessary amenities. Water was replenished every day. Quality products were also available.
Breakfast was disappointing. Milk and orange juice were warm. They should have been chilled. This affected the overall experience.
