Checking in was seamless. Staff promptly managed our luggage and car, allowing us immediate access to the spa. Upon our return, our belongings were already in the room. The bathroom had a deep bath and a powerful shower. Breakfast offered options including continental and full english.
The room's lighting was dim because of the dated color scheme and dark wood panelling, making it hard to see.

The hotel is clean. Staff are always happy to help (i am GRATEFUL for that!). The food in the restaurant is excellent and i recommend the sausages at breakfast. The evening meal was also amazing.

the location rocks, super close to shops and the sea! i stayed in the penthouse and wow, it was so lovely. a spa and jacuzzi were there plus a nice view. the rooms were clean and comfy!
the tv in the room was pretty tiny, it feels like a caravan tv. it is a shame since the room it self is very comfortable.

The staff was amazing and helpful. They were always attentive. a receptionist gave me a free upgrade to a studio room. a man from reception brought a tray of chocs to celebrate my birthday, so thoughtful!

the hotel has an excellent location directly on lord street. it is close to shops, bars, and the sea, everything within easy walking distance. it is great for exploring the area without needing a car.

The hotel had a great location right in the town center.
I found the afternoon tea to be very poor. The sandwiches were tiny and not very appetizing. The crockery should have been china for an afternoon tea.
