Acceptable, but Room Issues
dusty room overpriced laundry service
The room was dusty when I arrived. It seemed it had not been occupied in a while. The bed was too firm. I reminded me of I was sleeping on the floor. the laundry service was overpriced. It cost $150 USD for one load, and the clothes were not properly cleaned.

Convenience at a cost
modern amenities responsive staff subway proximity laundry machines
My room included modern amenities and was kept very clean by housekeeping. The staff was very responsive and willing to help with directions. Its close proximity to the subway was a huge plus, it made travel simple. I found coin laundry machines on the lower floors, really helpful.
I did find the layout of the hotel confusing, it took some effort to figure out where things were at first.

The hotel is next to a metro station, and there is close proximity to stores. The hotel is on a quiet street and offers less foot traffic, I find that to be a nice perk.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
small room lacking housekeeping
The room was smaller than I anticipated. It felt cramped. Housekeeping did not. The throw I left on the floor one morning was never picked up, even though the housekeeping staff clearly saw it. It was disappointing.

comfortable bed smart tv room size
The room had a good size and included a comfortable bed. the shower worked great, and i liked the smart tv. i especially enjoyed having a sofa in the room. It was nice to relax there after a long day.
the front desk staff seemed not too helpful with restaurant suggestions. maybe they didn't understand english very well.
