My first night on our honeymoon wasn't as planned even after speaking with staff prior to arrival. The room was a bit small with a balcony. Despite being advertised as noise-isolated and smoke-free, there were ashtrays in the room, and several guests were smoking in their bathrooms or balconies. The single glass solutions, hard floors, and open space below the door to the hallway made every word audible, including door locks being engaged. I wouldn't choose to stay there again.
The hotel was comfortable, but the rooms were without windows and ventilation making them extremely loud. The TV channels were disconnected, affecting entertainment. The service was exceptional, offering late check-out and organizing various activities. The location was convenient, close to transportation hubs. The dining options were average with limited variety. Overall, a mixed experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were nice in terms of equipment, clean, and spacious enough with great views over the airport and mosque. The service was overall excellent and helpful, making all our arrangements easy. The location was good for quick access to the airport and had convenient amenities nearby. The dining experience was good for a quick stopover, although the menu was a bit limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
