cozy room clean bathroom train station
i stayed in the cozy victoria room. i really liked how close i was to victoria station, like a 4 minute walk. the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean, that matters to me.

attentive staff convenient dishwasher excellent location
I found the staff very attentive. They quickly addressed my needs. the in-room kitchen included a dishwasher. It makes longer stays VERY convenient. the location's proximity to victoria station helped me access transportation easily.
The room cleaning quality needed improvement. I found some minor oversights.

the room service was very slow. i waited over an hour for a simple order. also, the noise from the street was quite noticeable even on a higher floor. i had hoped for a quieter stay..

i thought the room was thoughtfully designed! a table and seating area were available. the kitchen was well equipped.
The room cleaning was not the best. The towels i left on the floor seemed to be hung back up, a little strange.

quiet room helpful staff
The location was just perfect! it was about 5 minutes walk to victoria station. the room was quiet, spacious, and clean. the kitchen had everything i needed to make hot drinks. The staff were all cute and helpful.
