Reviews and Ratings
After a long day filled with activities, I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms connected with a connecting door, but unfortunately, the commitment from the hotel didn't match what they provided. However, I must admit that the service, especially from the GM to the bellhop, was exceptional.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and modernly maintained, but there were issues with availability from 6 am onwards. The service was exceptional, especially with help from Carolyn in finding another room. The location, although a bit out of the way in JLT, offered peaceful surroundings with glimpses of the golf course. The dining experience featured a mix of Indian and western dishes, though the breakfast buffet style was not a favorite. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money with some drawbacks to consider.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was impeccable, shoutout to Karen and Humphrey at Paros Bar for their top-notch service. The pool view with the Sheikh Zayed skyline was breathtaking, and the rooms were super nice and clean. However, there were some issues with the professionalism of certain staff members which was a bit inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and modernly maintained, providing a better view in one instance. The service was exceptional, from the delightful staff to the helpful room service. The location, although a bit out of the way, had some nice views of skyscrapers nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering all the expected tasty options. The facilities were satisfactory, though improvements could be made in certain areas.
The hotel rooms were immaculate with great amenities, although facing a construction site unbeknownst to us at booking. Service was polite but with limited pool access due to a private function. The location was convenient but closed early for sitting out. Dining offered great a la carte Indian specialties with excellent chef assistance.
The hotel had very stylish and warm rooms, spacious, quiet, and comfortable, making it great for work. On the downside, connected rooms were not provided. The service was exceptional, with honest and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist. The location was easy to find and accessible, but closed early at 5 pm. The dining experience was superb but relatively expensive. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one might need during their stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and very clean with great facilities and easy access to everything I needed. The bed was big, clean, and super comfy. The service was top-notch, with staff asking how we were with genuine enthusiasm. The location, while a bit out of the way in the JLT region, offered spectacular views of Dubai. The dining experience was pretty good with continental and Indian options available. Overall, a great value for money stay.
The hotel promises stunning 360-degree views, but unfortunately, they didn't deliver as expected. The room size was impressive and tidy, but housekeeping missed cleaning my room until late afternoon one day and skipped it entirely the next day.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious and very clean. Kudos to Carolyn for helping me find another room. The five-star service from Karen and Humphrey at Paros Bar, with the best pool view in UAE, made my experience unforgettable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms offering a great view, although slightly far from downtown. The service was top-notch, especially from the friendly lady during check-in. The dining experience, while befitting a luxurious stay, took longer than expected at times. The facilities were exceptional, offering all the amenities one could need.
The hotel didn't have the early check-in I booked for, but the staff more than made up for it. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfy, and we particularly enjoyed the pool as it wasn't crowded. The Samsung Smart TVs in all rooms on the higher floors are excellent.
