The hotel is located very close to the Mattuthavani bus stand, making it quite convenient for travel. The rooms are spacious, but they really need better maintenance and in-room amenities. While I enjoyed my stay, the dining experience, particularly breakfast, was underwhelming. The overall value for money is there, but some improvements could elevate the experience further.
I attended my brother's wedding at Vgrand, and the overall experience was quite pleasant. The banquet hall was spacious and had a grand look, with delicious food that impressed everyone. However, the air conditioning in the hall could use some improvement, and the hotel rooms need a bit more maintenance. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and worth the money spent.
My stay here was absolutely terrible. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a broken glass door that had clearly been unattended for days, and there were mosquitoes everywhere in the gloomy reception. Check-in was a nightmare; we had to wait an hour for our room even though we arrived well past the scheduled time, which was particularly hard with our young child. The condition of the room was unacceptable-dirty and unkempt. The breakfast options were non-existent and not suitable for kids. Overall, I had the worst experience and couldn't wait to leave.
