Reviews and Ratings
I chose this hotel for its amazing location inside the national park with stunning views of the falls. The rooms, however, were very dated and had a lingering smell of cigarettes. The service was impeccable with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and relaxing stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while clean and spacious, felt a bit cheaply furnished compared to the price range. On the positive side, they were comfortable and well-appointed, but the location above the kitchen fan was not ideal for a peaceful morning.
The hotel was ideally located at the national park entrance, offering a unique view across the park to the falls. The rooms, though somewhat dated and cigarette-scented, felt open and airy. The friendly service added to a relaxing atmosphere, even though they were busy. Dining options were varied and delicious, enhancing the overall experience. However, the room position above the kitchen fan wasn't ideal for mornings.
Being set in long corridors like student accommodation, the hotel offers rooms with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds, reaching up to a 5-star quality. While the rooms lacked isolation as I could hear neighbors talking, the overall comfort was exceptional.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as spacious as I expected for a 'Premium Twin Room,' and the lack of isolation made it easy to hear neighbors talking. However, the mesmerizing falls view from the balcony was truly spectacular, offering a unique experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like cool water on arrival. The location, being the only hotel inside the park, was unbeatable for convenience, but the rates were on the high side. While the dining options were not the best, the overall stay was made special by the stunning surroundings and direct access to the park's trails.
Staying inside the national park was a unique experience. The rooms were very average and dated, but we had the option to upgrade for an extra $80 USD, which we didn't find necessary for a one-night stay. The service was friendly but could be more on top of their game. The location was plainly excellent, being the only hotel in the National Park with spectacular views looking towards the falls. The dining was rather simple, although good. The facilities were satisfactory given the standing of the hotel.
The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, but the Spa and common spaces are a bit outdated. Despite this, they are well-equipped and maintained. The warmth in the rooms made sleeping uncomfortable. Access to the VIP lounge with snacks, food, and drinks was a nice touch, but limited consumption in the lounge was not convenient.
The hotel offers clean, bright rooms without extra surcharge for water, and there's an option to upgrade for a fee which we found unnecessary for a one-night stay. The service was very helpful overall, with friendly staff at the lobby bar making custom cocktails despite being busy. The location, although plain-looking, is the biggest advantage, especially for those looking for great views of the Iguazu Falls.
