Mercure La Rochelle Vieux Port, La Rochelle (Charente-Maritime)

I stayed at the hotel for one night and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant with a lovely view of the harbor. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, making my stay most accommodating. The location was ideal, right on the marina beside the aquarium and within walking distance to the charming old town. The dining options were excellent, offering a large selection of dishes with a fab view. Overall, a great stay with fantastic service.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel has fantastic views, great public spaces, and secure free parking. The rooms were small but adequate, with lovely views complemented by cozy spaces perfect for relaxing. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist, especially Anais, Lucas, and a kind French gentleman. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of top attractions, restaurants, and bars, including the Aquarium. Dining was a delight with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes and an excellent dinner menu with a harbor view. Overall, a top-notch experience.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, although a bit small with only one chair available. The hotel's size was typical for a town hotel. The staff, including the bar staff, were always friendly and spoke many languages, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location, though not offering sea or harbor views, was great. The dining experience, especially the dinner menu with a view over the harbor, was exceptional. Overall, a good value for the money.
