Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, near an outdoor shopping mall with all conveniences. The rooms, although smaller than expected, had a strange issue with a light that couldn't be turned off at night and got uncomfortably hot during the day due to all glass windows. However, the proximity to business facilities was a plus.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were absolutely fabulous and spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Thao and Quynh, were incredibly friendly despite some small language difficulties. The breakfast was delicious, and I can't wait to come back. However, some staff members were a bit rude at times. The location was perfect, with a mini mall next door for dining and shopping, but it's not right in the heart of Changwon.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were clean and equipped with a coffee/tea pot, but one light couldn't be switched off at night, which was a little annoying. The service was helpful and friendly, although there were some issues with management. The location was convenient, near a supermarket mall and conference center, but some language barriers were present. The dining experience was good with a variety of food options, but not included in the initial rate. The facilities were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice with a lovely view over the pool and were huge, overlooking the skyline of Changwon. The smoke detectors in the rooms added an extra layer of safety. My upgrade to a better room made the experience even more enjoyable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, with its all-glass windows, was spacious and offered a stunning view of Changwon's skyline, but the heat once the sun came up was a bit overwhelming. The service was exceptional, especially Thao and Quynh, who were very friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, being steps away from an indoor mall, but it was a bit far from downtown and nightlife. The dining options were good, although a bit pricey, and it was worth exploring the nearby restaurants for variety.
