Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the room had a lovely ocean view and was comfortable, the service left much to be desired, and the restaurant food was disappointing. The facilities like the pool were nice, but the overall experience was marred by the issues we faced. I would recommend exploring other options if you're looking for a trouble-free stay.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a convenient location, and I enjoyed the unique 25-meter lap pool, which was a definite highlight during my visit. However, the larger building was closed due to hurricane damage, and I was left wanting more from the dining options. The atmosphere was lively and fun, but there's still a noticeable need for improvements in certain areas.
Our stay started out rocky with a frustrating experience at check-in, but it turned into a wonderful vacation thanks to the beautiful surroundings and great staff. The beach and pool area are truly relaxing, making it perfect for unwinding. However, we did experience a musty room and would have appreciated more entertainment options in the evenings.
My stay was incredibly disappointing. Customer service was severely lacking, and the hotel itself felt more like a shell of a resort than an actual destination. The rooms were outdated and musty, and the food options were extremely limited and unimpressive. On the bright side, I appreciated the speed of check-in and the pool area has some potential, but overall, this place needs major improvements to justify any costs.
My stay was marred by some significant issues, especially with the booking and the unfriendly receptionist. The property has potential but is still recovering from past damage, leaving many areas unavailable, which was quite disappointing. While the staff tried their best under the circumstances, the overall experience left much to be desired.
