My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were modern and tastefully decorated, with fantastic views of the beach and Burj Al Arab. However, there were some disappointments with slow service and long waiting times at the pool and beach. The location was great for exploring Dubai, but there were occasional noise disturbances. Dining offered a wide variety of choices but could get crowded outside of peak season.

The hotel rooms were nice, large, and well-appointed, offering a great experience for my family. Although some amenities like the iPad and beach bag were no longer available, the rooms were spacious and clean. I will definitely consider returning in the future.

The hotel room wasn't ready upon arrival, with used items left around, but once clean, it was lovely, quiet, and had amazing views. The sofa bed with its own TV was perfect for our family. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond, especially Abbas Ali and the lovely Sheila and Maria. The location was next to the Burj Al Arab, although a bit chilly for swimming. The dining at SummerSalt beachclub was dreamy, with limited options. The facilities were top-notch.

The hotel room was quite disappointing as it was noisy and not as described on the website, with a palm tree view instead of an ocean view. The personnel lacked welcoming behavior and the overall experience didn't match the 5-star standard. However, the room was spacious despite the smell of smoke lingering in the hallway.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although similar to previous stays, were spacious with a nice balcony design. However, the promised ocean view turned out to be a view of a palm tree. The hotel personnel were unwelcoming and inattentive, not reflecting a true 5-star experience.
