The hotel was spacious and really nice, perfect for families, but our reserved room with two queens turned into a king and a sofa bed situation, which was uncomfortable for some of us. The staff was very kind overall, although they wouldn't refund us if we canceled. The location was clean and roomy but somewhat isolated, needing more eating options nearby. The dining had good variety but served on plastic dishes, and the seating was inadequate during peak times.
