Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nicely situated on one of the upper floors, offering beautiful sunsets and a spacious bathroom, but there was a bit of noise from a sump pump after some rain. The service was exceptional, especially from Deb in the Oak Bar and Jamie in the restaurant, although there was an unfortunate incident with the driver's side door. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions in Nashville, but the dining experience left something to be desired with cold and greasy food. Despite these ups and downs, the hotel had a touch of opulence and elegance that harked back to a bygone era.
As first-timers in Tennessee, we were delighted by the comfortable and clean rooms with a marvelous view of Tennessee's war memorial promenade and state capital. The hotel's location in the heart of downtown Nashville was very convenient to all the attractions, although the room could use a bit more space. The service was attentive and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable overall.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The rooms were superbly presented, impeccably clean, and provided a lovely space to rest up between activities in Nashville. The bathrooms were a highlight with luxurious soaker tubs, dimmable lighting, and soft relaxing music. However, the dining experience fell a bit short with one minor hiccup. Overall, a comfortable and quiet retreat in a great location.
