noisy air conditioning
The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
My room had a major issue. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and did not work well, so the room remained too hot. I reported this to the reception twice, but they were condescending, resulting in two sleepless nights.

The staff were friendly and cute. The ladies at the front desk were always very helpful. the lady that cleaned our room really were great! she always said hello and even gave us an extra towel when we needed it. the rooms were always really clean too
the standard room i booked felt dark, it had only one window with shutters i could not open. the thermostat settings were not modifiable, a problem. the bathroom was small and the sink felt excessively tiny.
