Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were conveniently close to the pool, which was great for the kids, but the bed covers were worn and the overall room decor felt outdated. The evening service on the second day was as expected and clean. However, there were issues with the service, as I was given a different room on the 8th floor, which was only a little cleaner. The staff seemed put off by simple tasks like checking in guests and didn't offer the best customer service. Despite being told my room would be ready early, I encountered unwelcoming behavior when trying to order food at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I also faced difficulty getting a refund for checking out early. The location was a mix of clean and pleasant areas, but some parts of the facility were run down and the bathroom stalls needed attention. The water slide was a nice touch, but the overall facility seemed dated. Dining at Martins restaurant was awesome, but the prices were way too high for what was offered and the restaurant needed updates. As for facilities, they need some improvements, making the stay less satisfying overall.
The hotel was not the best pick for my stay. The room I got was not what I expected, and the housekeeping service could have been better. However, the staff was friendly and the location, although under construction, had its nice side.
My stay at the hotel was nice overall. The rooms were comfortable, but they could have been cleaner, and the 'Ocean View' room I booked didn't offer the expected view. The staff, however, were very pleasant. The dining experience was surprisingly excellent, offering good value for the money. The hotel facilities were decent, although a bit outdated.
