I loved how clean and well presented the rooms were. The club room upgrade i received was a total surprise. my son really enjoyed the swimming pool. the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, it.
The club lounge closed a bit early. I wish it stayed open later!

the room included complimentary mini bar items and was very clean upon arrival. it had blackout curtains i thought were great for sleeping in, even during the day. the air conditioning worked very well.

the hotel is next to bencoolen mrt station and also very close to plaza singapura, so transport was easy. there is a convenience store downstairs which was very useful for quick needs. i thought the bus stops nearby were very convenient!

fatin and shalini were amazing. both were very professional and attentive to me. their care was genuine. i thank them for their excellent service.
the information on the tv about the restaurant wasnt right. the restaurant wasnt available as advertised except at breakfast. that was not good.

dated room poor breakfast
The location was convenient, especially due to the proximity to the train stations.
The breakfast buffet was chaotic with limited choices. The food options were the same every single day. The recommendation came from a travel agency and I am surprised at how poor the experience actually was.
