The hotel rooms, although clean, were quite run down with an old fridge and shower/sink. However, they did have a table tennis setup. The service was unbelievably accommodating and the best in town, always quick to help resolve any issues. The location was spacious and close to downtown Ely with great shops and restaurants, but noise was an issue on the main level. The dining experience was just okay, offering hot waffles. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
I loved my stay at this lodge! The rooms were decent, but a bit outdated and overpriced. The service was friendly and always available, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was fantastic, close to downtown Ely with its shops and attractions, but the dining experience was just okay. Nonetheless, the lodge's facilities made up for any shortcomings, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had a cozy cabin feel which I absolutely loved, and they were spacious with a king-size bed, chairs, a desk, and even a balcony - it didn't feel cramped at all. The service was top-notch; the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was lovely, right beside a lake and only a short walk into town. While the dining experience was just okay, the facilities offered, like a table tennis setup, made it all in one place experience.
