The hotel offers a great location, with an easy walk to The Dubai Mall. The rooms, despite the high rate, were not ready when we arrived and took more than one hour to get them ready.
The hotel feels like a resort with a weird smell in the room, lacking a bathtub. The friendly staff is excellent, making my stay very comfortable. Located near Dubai Mall and MBR Boulevard, it offers a fantastic experience although connecting with reception can be a challenge. The dining choices are limited with average service. Overall, a good value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and had a great view. The location was prime, with an easy walk to The Dubai Mall. However, the dining options were limited. Service was efficient and helpful but could use a bit more routine. Overall, a wonderful experience.
