I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The scenery is stunning, nestled in the Alps with a beautiful view over the golf course. I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying a wonderful view of the Alps from my spacious balcony. The location was fantastic, right next to the famous Ballestros Golf course, but I did notice the rooms could use some renovation. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a great family-friendly experience with many activities organized for the kids.
