The hotel's location is superb, right on Lake Delton and with decent recommendations for things to do in the area. The rooms were very spacious and had a nice view, but cleanliness was an issue with various unexpected findings. The service was mixed, with helpful staff but some issues with follow-up. The dining experience was excellent before heading out for the day. Facilities were decent overall, but some areas needed improvement.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel overlooking Lake Delton. The rooms were nicely decorated, but unfortunately, the plumbing was quite noisy, especially when someone flushed the toilet or took a shower, which was a bit disruptive. The service was extremely friendly, but the noise from the laundry rooms and mechanical areas seemed to carry into the rooms, not ideal when traveling with kids who need to sleep.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms, more like an apartment, with three bedrooms, two baths, a laundry room, full kitchen, dining room, and living room, all worth the price. The service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, though some issues with towels and maintenance were present. The location is nestled between the new and old Dells, close to attractions and dining options. The dining experience was excellent, particularly for packed lunches. Facilities are well-maintained.
