I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette, super comfy beds, and the added bonus of free parking and laundry facilities. The staff truly makes this place special with their amazing service. However, there were some noise issues between floors that were a bit bothersome.

The location was excellent, one of the best I've experienced in a long time. It's right next to the roadhouse and Grande Prairie Outlet, with plenty of eateries and gas stations nearby. It's conveniently close to Epic Water Park and Cowboys Stadium.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a sink, fridge, microwave, and recliner, but unfortunately, there was a persistent sewer smell in the room and the swimming pool area. Additionally, cleanliness was lacking as the tub in the room was not properly cleaned, and there was evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room. On a positive note, the service was very nice, and the environment was clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was just right, close to popular attractions and amenities, but there were renovation works underway and a nearby issue with dog dander. The dining experience had its issues with advertised but unavailable food, room furniture problems, and inadequate water pressure, although the staff remained polite. The facilities were decent overall.
