Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

I found the staff friendly and professional . Paul assisted me with my reservation, ensuring I secured my pass. The reception staff was courteous. I appreciated the central location as it allowed me to easily walk to many attractions.

There was a lack of counter space or shelving in the bathroom, inconvenient. I could hear noise from the room upstairs. The curtain did not block sunlight effectively. It was difficult to sleep in (especially with jet lag).

The hotel offers a great breakfast with a wide array of choices. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The restaurant staff (Izabel, especially) provided excellent service. They were attentive to every need.

the staff are attentive. they helped me arrange flowers. the location is really convenient for romantic strolls and finding quiet cafes. i found a few vintage bookstores nearby, a real plus.

The mini bar prices were a little steep. I did not expect that.
