I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and very modern, with a lot of storage which was convenient. However, there was a very loud noise coming from either above or below us, which was a bit disturbing.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with very comfortable beds and awesome city views, but the price was on the expensive side. The service was fantastic overall with friendly staff, although there was a minor issue with dishonesty regarding payment. The location was nice, close to the Loop and Wrigleyville, but there were some inconveniences in terms of transportation. The facilities seemed well-equipped overall.
