The hotel had huge and very comfortable rooms but lacked bath towels. The bed was massive and cozy, providing a good night's sleep. The overall room setup was basic. The service was exceptional with helpful assistance finding a necessary PCR test but lacked sufficient staff. The staff, however, were always cheerful and welcoming. The location was simple with a bit of a cold atmosphere, excellent for business but a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was decent but a bit limited in options. The hotel offered basic facilities for a satisfactory stay.
The hotel had a plug area with lots of different types of ports for international travelers, which is so helpful. The staff was very available to requests and even allowed us to do an early check-in after a long flight. However, the rooms were relatively small and crowded, lacking amenities compared to regular rooms. The location is good if you have business nearby or need to stay near the airport and two large malls.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious with bath towels provided. However, the pool area was relatively small and got crowded at times. The poolbar offered a lovely view over Asuncion.
