Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though small, were cleverly laid out and made good use of the available space. I was delighted to find a bottle of Moet Champagne on ice and canapes waiting for me, courtesy of Sadie at the hotel. The comfort and amenities provided met my expectations, and it was a lovely surprise after my previous experiences at Marriott Hotels during business trips. However, there were some issues with the service, particularly concerning a lack of hospitality and attentiveness. The location, right in the heart of London near popular areas like SOHO and Leicester Square, was ideal for my plans. The dining options were satisfactory, but the value for money could have been better.
Upon arrival, we had to wait as our room wasn't ready at 4:45 in the afternoon, and we were redirected to the bar until another room was assigned. Our room, located on the second floor directly above the lounge, felt spacious but the choice of location seems a bit odd. The hotel offers wonderful service, especially from the check-in and front door concierge staff, who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location is truly amazing, right in the heart of Piccadilly and Soho, just a short stroll from the theater district and Chinatown. The dining options were okay, but a bit overpriced, including the mini bar items. Overall, a mixed experience with some excellent aspects and a few drawbacks.
The hotel is in a central location right next to Chinatown in London, making it easy to explore the bustling city. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, but some noise from outside can be a disturbance. The service was a mix of friendly and unfriendly encounters, with a standout helpful staff member making a difference. Dining options were varied but could be pricey. Overall, a convenient stay with some mixed experiences.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite being small and basic for the price, surprised me with their gorgeous and spacious layout, complemented by funky pops of color and art. However, the housekeeping service was lacking as the room was not made up on both days. On the bright side, the quirky central bathroom unit added a unique touch to the room.
The hotel is simply awesome! The rooms are very modern with a fantastic mini-bar selection and room service menu inside the room. It's a personal note and some cool reminders of our stay in London Town that made it even more special. The service was very nice and polite, great with suggestions and with storing my bag since I reached the room before it was ready. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of Leicester Square, so just perfect. The dining was worth the stay itself, probably the best I have ever had.
