The hotel has a unique 'dark industrial chic' style in the rooms with skull-shaped lamps, black and red tones, and twilight illumination. The central reception/restaurant area is well-equipped with a coffee machine, tea/kettle, clothes steamer, hairdryer, beautiful robe, and slippers. However, the hotel tried to charge an unexpected 'resort fee' at check-in, alongside the credit card deposit, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Tottenham Court Road station, offering easy access to the new Elizabeth line straight to Heathrow and other tube lines. You can walk to various attractions in the West End, Soho, Oxford Street, Leicester Square, and Trafalgar Square. However, the initial room had intermittent shaking of the bed, and the location in a busy part of Soho was extremely loud at times.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are incredibly cozy and cool, but sometimes the bed would shake intermittently for no reason. The service was top-notch, with the most helpful staff I've encountered. The location is very practical right in the center of London, but it can get extremely loud. The dining experience was unique and brought right to my room. Overall, a great experience with some minor issues to consider.
