Novotel Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel, Istanbul

I have to say, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The smoke-free rooms were a breath of fresh air, and as a frequent traveler, that really made a difference for me. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room service was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. However, the Wi-Fi was a bit iffy, which was a downside during our stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its gorgeous rooms and exceptional service. However, cleanliness could be improved to meet a higher standard expected from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, with exceptions for sea views only available in the 5th-floor suites and the rooftop restaurant. Although I wished for a smoking room, staying with my 2 kids was pleasant due to the spacious, clean, and lovely design of the room. The location was excellent, near the metro and multiple local cafes and restaurants, but being a light sleeper, the noise was somewhat disturbing. The dining experience was great with fresh food but limited options displayed. Overall, a comfortable stay despite some minor drawbacks.

The hotel had lovely rooms with perfectly comfy beds and heating, but there was a disappointing gap between the window frame and the wall. The noise from the room above moving furniture at 1 am was a downside, although the shower was amazing.

The hotel had clean and fresh rooms, a good size with plenty of room to spread our luggage, but it was inconveniently located behind the lift. The view from the room was a plus, though.

During my 13hrs transit in IST airport, the hotel is not suitable for a 5-star one, but still offers a convenient stay at the back of the hotel. The service had a mix of rudeness and exceptional friendliness, while the location is pretty good with minor noise inconveniences. The dining experience provided a great view and varied selection, but some expected consumables were missing.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were above average for a Novotel and recently renovated, providing a great sea view of the Golden Horn. However, the restaurant facing the street was a bit noisy at times. The service was excellent, with staff being extremely friendly and helpful, but the prices for some services were a bit high. The location was a big plus, surrounded by excellent cafes and bars, within walking distance to the pier and Galata Tower. The dining experience was fantastic, with a picturesque view of Turkey from the terrace. Overall, a great value for money.
