I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location couldn't be better as it's right in the city center, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions. I had a pretty good experience at the hotel overall. The location was excellent, really close to the city center and perfect for spa access. The rooms were clean and had a nice vibe, but they felt a bit worn out and could use some updating. The staff were friendly and super considerate, especially when they delivered our dinner quietly to not disturb our sleeping baby. On the downside, the dining options could use some improvement, and while the facilities were decent, some areas felt a bit messy.
