However, there was a delay in room readiness until almost 5 pm, which was a bit inconvenient given the high floor location on the 16th floor. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our comfort, making the wait more bearable. The location of the hotel was fantastic, adding to the pleasant ambiance through the attentive staff.
