I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right next to the cable car in Jermuk and near Jermuk's waterfall, making it incredibly convenient. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, with a balcony and a fantastic view. The service was top-notch, with excellent room service available. However, the dining experience left something to be desired as the oatmeal was a bit bland. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing a great overall experience.
