My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the Grand Geneva Resort where I had an event, and only a short distance from town. However, the room I was allocated wasn't what I had expected, there were delays in readiness, and the noise level was higher than desired.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were wonderful, clean, and up to date, offering a good-sized space similar to Homewood Suites. However, there was a slight inconvenience when the room was not ready as promised, and on the day of check-out, the cleaning staff rushed us by knocking on our door two hours early, which made us feel a bit stressed.
The hotel is situated in a wonderful location overlooking the golf course and forest area, offering a unique natural setting. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of being able to text the front desk staff for any questions or recommendations. However, some aspects of the service were subpar, with staff appearing almost annoyed at times and lacking proper training. Despite this, the hotel's location near Walmart and Aldi, as well as the Grand Geneva resort property, allowed for a variety of recreational activities and easy access to town, enhancing the overall stay.
