I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are lavishly decorated and impeccably clean, with all the nice amenities you need, including a coffee machine. The beautiful tub sitting in the middle between the shower and the washroom was such a nice touch. Thanks to my Hilton Diamond Status, I got a very spacious room with an amazing bathroom.
My experience at the hotel was like feeling a VIP with my own butler and gifts in my room. The rooms were amazing, clean, and really felt like an apartment. Fresh fruit upon arrival and butler services added to the luxurious experience. However, the check-in and check-out services were slow and not well-trained, but the stay was saved by the excellent service provided by the staff, especially by Shakira.
The hotel was a luxurious haven with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Maged Nour at Reception. The location was fantastic, close to Dubai Mall and Downtown. Dining was impressive with fresh, varied choices. The facilities were exceptional, offering a truly premium experience.
Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with fantastic marble bathrooms and everything I needed in the room. The rooms were very clean and refreshed in the afternoon, including a lovely dressing area, bathroom mini bar, tea/coffee, chaise, and a table with chairs, which is a nice touch you don't always find in other hotels.
The hotel is a marble masterpiece with really nice rooms and incredibly friendly staff, but the lounge for sweet residents wasn't ready at check-in while receiving calls for check-out early. The location is fab, close to malls, the city's lively part, and not too far from the beach. The dining experience offers lots of outstanding options. The facilities are exceptional, making my stay truly memorable.
