The hotel has a great location just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, near the UN Economic Commission. The staff are outstandingly helpful, making the stay comfortable, but the rooms lack AC despite the description.
The hotel had some drawbacks, like poorly constructed rooms with no hangers in the wardrobe and small windows, but the service was exceptional. The location was convenient, near the business center and within walking distance of various shops and restaurants.
The hotel had some issues with room quality, such as exposed brickwork and leaks in the shower. However, the staff provided great service and were very attentive to guests' needs. The location was convenient for accessing nearby organizations, but there were some discomforts outside the hotel. The dining experience was not impressive, with limited options and high prices.
