I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were top-notch, though a bit smaller than expected from the pictures. They were impeccably clean and filled with high-tech features that really enhanced the stay experience. Unfortunately, our room wasn't available when we arrived, which was a bit of a letdown. The service was truly outstanding, especially thanks to Daniela and the Chinese lady at the reception who were incredibly welcoming. However, some staff members didn't quite meet the expected hospitality standards. The location was gorgeous, but the disorganized service left a bad taste. It was a bit isolated, yet only a short taxi ride to Festival Mall for dining and shopping. The dining options were tasty, but a bit lackluster for kids. Overall, a few minor hiccups, but nothing major that would stop me from coming back.

However, the location is not perfect as it's off the beaten track, situated in Al Jadaf under ongoing development. Dining can be pricey and repetitive, especially considering the buffet. Despite this, the overall experience is generally nice with pleasant staff and a beautiful Persian restaurant organised by Mr Pinto.
