I had the view of the river and waterfront after checking in, which was fantastic. The room was quite bare but spacious enough for twin beds. The hotel is big and offers nice twin bed size rooms, making it a comfortable stay. The service was sincere, although some staff had limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging. The location was ideal, surrounded by shops, eateries, especially the seafood restaurant Top Spot, and with easy access to the Kuching waterfront. However, the parking area was disappointing. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good variety for breakfast, and the facilities were well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room had a brilliant view over the river, but the furniture was quite tired and needed refurbishing. Despite missing towels and toiletries initially, the room was clean and well-furnished. The service, provided by Maria, was friendly and professional. The location was superbly convenient, especially for families with young children, being close to shopping centers and restaurants. The dining experience offered a wide spread of dishes, but service could be better. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvements.
