My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious, overlooking the golf course, and flooded with natural light, equipped with a cozy sofa and a convenient desk. However, the parking was a bit far. The service was impeccable, with attentive and accommodating staff everywhere I went, from the pool to the bar, the Lantana restaurant, and even the front desk. The only drawback was the wait time for the room service to pick me up for a meeting. The location was a serene oasis, perfect for relaxation, although I wish it had been warmer. The dining was a mix of excellent and challenging experiences, with a wide selection but a mix-up regarding my breakfast package for the family. The facilities were top-notch, catering to every need. Overall, a splendid stay with minor inconveniences.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with great style, especially those facing the golf course. The service was exceptional, with every staff member being accommodating and friendly. The location was convenient, close to the Indian Wells tennis garden and surrounded by many dining options. The dining experience was outstanding, although the reservation discrepancy was a minor issue. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.
