Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was sufficiently large and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children, making our stay cozy and relaxed. The lack of parking services and needing to update the photos on booking were minor inconveniences to an otherwise pleasant experience.
The hotel offers small and congested rooms with a hint of water dampness, but the price charged is fair. The service is friendly but could benefit from more professional training. The location is very good, allowing easy access to central areas and local attractions. The dining experience is average with limited choices. Overall, it's decent value for the price paid.
The hotel offered nice and clean rooms with soothing decor. While the free wifi access was appreciated, the provision of only one towel and napkins was a slight inconvenience. The service was kind and polite but could benefit from more training in handling guest situations. The location was nice, almost at the mid City, although some areas were left untidy following a party the night before. The dining experience was good overall, with a fantastic variety in the buffet, but could improve in terms of the staff understanding customer requests.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were very small, and the bed was uncomfortable, but they did have free WiFi access, which we only got in the late afternoon. The service was overall helpful and courteous, except for one guard near the gate during check-in. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to street food and shopping areas. The dining spread was not up to the mark, with limited options available.
The hotel had clean and nice rooms but was small and congested, with a very bad location. The service was exceptionally friendly but could improve in being more courteous. The location was very good but the rooms were small. The dining experience was sumptuous and tasty but a bit costly.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were small and compact, they were surprisingly comfortable. However, there were issues with dampness and a lingering smell in the room. The service was a bit rude at times but overall very helpful. The location was fairly handy for both business and leisure activities. The dining experience, though not exceptional, was decent with a limited variety of options. The facilities generally met basic needs but nothing extraordinary.
Overall, my family and I were happy to stay here at Grand Mercury Surya Palace. The staff were welcoming, but the rooms could be a bit more spacious. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.
