Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a delightful surprise! The rooms are more like high-grade efficiency apartments, incredibly spacious with two queen-sized beds, a lovely kitchenette, and a large bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The view from my room with the kitchen was fantastic, adding to the overall experience. The service was impeccable, providing everything I needed with a friendly and hospitable approach. The location is unbeatable, right across the street from the river and its scenic promenade, surrounded by lively pubs and eateries, and centrally located in Rimouski. The dining experience, while convenient with the option to purchase and have it delivered to the room, was a bit underwhelming due to the limited choices and extra costs. The facilities were well-maintained and up to standard, offering everything I required during my stay.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms but still needs major renovations. The staff is welcoming and helpful, although the dining options may not be worth it. Its prime location near the river, pubs, and eateries makes it a convenient choice with plenty of dining options nearby.
I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms at this hotel; they were expertly equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils, providing a homely touch. Despite the unassuming exterior, the rooms were spacious and much nicer than expected. The service was exceptional, with professional and welcoming staff who made my check-in seamless and explained all the hotel amenities. The location couldn't have been better, situated across the street from the river and its beautiful promenade, surrounded by pubs and eateries. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with pre-packaged industrialized foods being the main offering.
