My stay at this hotel was truly remarkable. Despite some noise issues in the late night, the room was filled with thoughtful surprises like chocolates and treats. I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was extraordinary, with staff who were knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring the Gaslamp District, close to restaurants and nightlife. The dining experience was delicious, especially at the Provisional Cafe. Overall, this hotel is a top-notch choice for a high-end stay with excellent service, amenities, and location!
The hotel had rooms with 2 queen beds and would have been nicer if there was a double vanity/sink. It felt like a club environment with loud music and people that went late into the night, which was annoying. The rooms are rather small but could offer more space.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were nice and clean, the noise from the club environment downstairs was very bothersome, especially on our honeymoon. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and efficient staff. The location was perfect for exploring Gaslamp Quarter, but the noise level until 2 am was a downside. Dining options were pricey though the Provisional Cafe offered good food.
