I had a really disappointing experience at the hotel. The room we stayed in had serious maintenance issues, and the cleanliness was far from ideal. The location was quite inconvenient, making it tough to get around. On the upside, I did appreciate the friendly staff who tried to assist us as best as they could, but the overall value for money just didn't match the expectations set by the star rating.
