I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was not ready until 5:30, but once it was, we could shower and change immediately. However, the air conditioning was broken during my stay. The service was perfect, particularly the staff being more friendly than the front desk and being very helpful. The location was great for bingo, casino activities, and exploring the surrounding areas. Dining was enjoyable, especially the seriously yummy Pork Belly dish. The facilities were nice, though we had to pay an extra $25 per person to access G Spa in Fox Tower.
