Staying at Hotel Grand Holiday was truly a memorable experience. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, and every morning, I loved waking up to see the mountains. The service was exceptional, with Mr. Bishnu going out of his way to help me plan my activities. However, I wish there were more dining options available. Overall, it provided great value for the quality of service and amenities offered.

The hospitality from Mr. Janak Karki and his team was heartwarming; they really made me feel at home. The rooms were comfortable, but I noticed the cleanliness could be slightly improved. I truly enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast, but some amenities could be upgraded. Overall, it's a great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara.
