However, the billing process while checking out was frustrating and delayed my departure significantly. I had a wonderful five-day stay at TGI Grand Fortuna during my business trip. The cleanliness of the rooms and the effectiveness of the air conditioning were commendable, though I did wish for slightly better ventilation. The standout aspect of my stay was definitely the really good service, especially from Ms. Tejaswi, the front office manager, who went out of her way to accommodate my partner's unique dietary needs. Overall, it was a positive experience, but a bit more ventilation would have made it perfect.
