I booked a room with an indoor Onsen in the newly decorated Ruri Hall, and it was the biggest room I have ever stayed in Japan with lovely decorations. The building itself is charming. The service was great with helpful staff who brought us two electric fans to cool down and even set up our futon during dinner time. The free shuttle service and welcome drink were nice touches. The location, while a bit far from the bus stop, is near Jozenkai and back to Sapporo station, making it convenient. The partially open wall allowed fresh winter air into the pool area, although it made it a bit chilly. The dining experience was satisfactory but could offer higher food quality given the price range. The facilities were good overall.
