Reviews and Ratings
After a late night at the casino, I found the hotel a great place to stay with clean and comfortable rooms featuring a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, perfect for relaxing. The service was excellent, offering convenient amenities like dry cleaning and a free city shuttle. Despite some exposure to smoke in the non-smoking areas due to the casino, I would like to come back for another stay. The location was very convenient, right off the interstate with easy access to the casino and the Grand Cafe. The dining experience at the Grand Cafe was a mix of delicious options, although the vegetarian choices were a bit limited. Overall, the facilities were well-supplied and enhanced my stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the suite we booked, especially considering it was only $10 more than a regular room. The room didn't have that typical smoke smell from the casino, which was a big plus.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were impeccably clean and didn't have any lingering smoke smell from the casino, which is a huge plus, especially for those allergic. The service was top-notch with convenient amenities like dry cleaning and free valet parking. The location was ideal for both families and adults, although it was a bit on the outskirts. The dining options were satisfactory, but a bit limited for vegetarians. The facilities were excellent, exceeding my expectations.
The hotel had a vibrant atmosphere and offered great entertainment options with a lively casino floor. The rooms were comfortable, and the lobby was busy even at 1:30 am. The Holiday Inn Express provided a convenient stay, although the noise from the casino could be a drawback late at night.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very comfortable, and the service was excellent. However, we encountered an issue as our rooms had no hot water, which was disappointing. The location was convenient, especially for visiting my brother's family at Bethel Acres, but the dining options were limited. The facilities were decent, but the hot water problem affected our experience negatively.
