Our stay at Relais & Maison Grand Tour was truly memorable! The hotel offered a unique and quiet oasis just a short walk from many attractions. Ulrike, the owner, provided exceptional support throughout our visit, going out of her way to assist us. The only minor downside was that it was a bit challenging to find upon arrival, but once there, the experience was well worth it.
The Diva room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We loved the unique touches throughout and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm days.
Ulrike was incredibly helpful and attentive, offering personalized tips and support. It felt more like a warm family visit than just a hotel stay.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and major sites, yet it was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax.
The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall charm of the hotel. We appreciated being able to enjoy a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

Our stay was simply outstanding! The apartment was beautifully renovated, spacious, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The helpfulness of the team and the prime location near major attractions were definite highlights. We loved the provided amenities, especially the cozy ambiance. However, we did experience a few mosquitoes during our stay, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall fabulous experience.
The rooms were beautifully renovated, spacious, and very comfortable with charming decor that captured the essence of Florence.
The assistance we received from Ulrike and her partner was exceptional; they were always available and had wonderful recommendations for our stay.

Our stay at this place in Florence was simply fantastic! The suite was spacious and made us feel right at home. Plus, being so close to all the historic attractions made exploring a breeze. Ulrike's attentive service, including dining recommendations and reservations, really elevated our experience. The only downside was that it wasn't a full hotel experience, but that was part of the charm of this cozy spot.

My stay at Relais & Maison Grand Tour was incredibly pleasant. The hosts, Satya and Ulrike, were exceptionally accommodating and provided great recommendations for exploring Florence. I slept soundly in a spacious and clean room, though the air conditioning could use some improvement during hot weather. The location is perfect for accessing all the main attractions, making it a great value overall.

This hotel is in a perfect location, just a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and a short stroll to the train station.
