Best Western Plus Hotel Subic, Olongapo

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right between the Boulevard and Harbor Mall, offering a great view of Subic Bay from both the corridors and the rooftop swimming pool. It's a lovely spot for a hotel, though some areas lacked shade. The stay was cozy for the most part, but I had a bit of a sore back after two nights on the soft bed.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, they were not as clean as I expected from previous stays. The annoying lighting in the ceiling that couldn't be turned off was a downside. On the bright side, the service was pleasant and helpful, although I missed having a hand towel. The location was very convenient with easy access to facilities, but the lack of a shaded area in the pool bar was disappointing. The dining experience was substandard with limited food options, and there were only a few healthy choices available. Despite these drawbacks, I found the hotel to be a decent option with some room for improvement.
