The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The room I received was dusty and had older furniture, quite a contrast to my previous experience. However, the view from the 10th floor was lovely. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made the check-in process fast and pleasant. The location was convenient and clean, with various shops nearby. The dining experience at Manhattan Grill was good, offering a selection of international dishes. Overall, there were aspects that could be improved, but the hotel offered a comfortable stay with great service and a prime location.
The hotel was located by the train which made it a bit noisy during the night. The room was very dusty with relatively older furniture compared to the room I was given last time, yet it had given me a clean and comfortable stay.
The hotel surprised me with spacious and comfortable rooms, even though it was a bit noisy at night. The service had a touch of arrogance, but they resolved issues promptly and even treated me to a free cheesecake. The location was clean and convenient, offering easy access to shops and food spots. Dining at the Manhattan Grill was enjoyable, and facilities were well-kept.
